الفيل الصغير الشجاع – قصة عن الشجاعة
في الغابة عاش فيل صغير اسمه فادي. كانت الحيوانات تسخر منه: «أذناك كبيرتان جدًا، ومشيتك بطيئة!» فكان فادي يحزن.
وذات يوم، هطل مطر غزير وفاض النهر. علقت صغار القرود والأرانب والغزلان على جزيرة صغيرة في وسط النهر. خاف الجميع.
لم يجرؤ أحد على دخول الماء. فتقدّم فادي، ورفع خرطومه عاليًا، ومشى ببطء في التيار القوي.
حمل فادي الصغار واحدًا تلو الآخر على ظهره إلى الضفة. خجلت الحيوانات وشكرت فادي. ومنذ ذلك اليوم لم يسخر منه أحد.
العبرة (Moral of the Story)
قيمة المرء بأفعاله لا بمظهره.
English Summary
Fadi the little elephant is teased for his big ears and slow walk. When a flood traps baby monkeys, rabbits and gazelles on a small island, only Fadi dares to wade through the current and carries them all to safety. No one teases him again.
