বৃষ্টির ফোঁটার যাত্রা – বিজ্ঞানের গল্প
টুপু ছিল একটা ছোট্ট বৃষ্টির ফোঁটা। সে থাকত একটা মেঘে। একদিন মেঘটা কালো আর ভারী হয়ে গেল, আর টুপু টুপ করে নিচে পড়ল, একটা পাহাড়ের পাতার উপর।
পাতা থেকে গড়িয়ে সে অন্য ফোঁটাদের সঙ্গে মিশে একটা ছোট ঝরনা হল। ঝরনা পাথরের উপর দিয়ে লাফিয়ে লাফিয়ে নেমে একটা বড় নদী হয়ে গেল।
নদী তাকে নিয়ে গেল ধানখেত, গ্রাম আর শহর পেরিয়ে। পথে টুপু ফসলে জল দিল। শেষে সে পৌঁছাল বিশাল নীল সমুদ্রে।
তারপর সূর্য উঠে সমুদ্রকে গরম করল। টুপু এত হালকা হয়ে গেল যে বাষ্প হয়ে উপরে উঠে আবার একটা মেঘে পৌঁছে গেল। “কী দারুণ যাত্রা!” সে বলল।
